The Law Firm was founded in 2018 by Davide Orto, lawyer authorized to practice in Italy and Switzerland.
The law firm is strongly specialized in corporate law, with a significant experience in commercial acgreements, M&A (in particular for SMEs and startup) and GDPR Regulation fields.
